Why Lake Hood?
Segway Tours of Anchorage provides an approximate 90-minute guided tour of Lake Hood and Lake Spenard on a Segway PT, conveniently located right outside Ted Steven’s International Airport.
Learning to ride a Segway PT is simple and fun for the whole family! Before we start the tour, you are required to watch a safety video, and then your guide will lead you through an orientation and training on the Segway PT.
A unique way to explore Lake Hood and Lake Spenard. Check out this hidden gem and experience Alaska’s largest seaplane base! Don’t forget your binoculars!
This is a great tour for operators with no experience. The trail is flat and the only obstacles may be planes taxiing around you.
